Please bring:

• your original passport and one photocopy;
• your SJTU Admission Notice;
• four recent two‑inch passport photographs; and
• approximately RMB 500 for the examination fee.

Please arrive on an empty stomach.

*If you have already completed a physical examination outside China, bring all original medical records bearing the hospital’s official stamp, including the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and blood test reports. The center will verify the documents. Supplementary tests or a new examination may be required if the records do not meet the applicable requirements. The verification fee is normally RMB 70–400.
