• the TDLI scholarship arrangement;
• tuition-waiver conditions;
• scholarship duration and requirements; and
• whether the scholarship conflicts with any other funding.

CSC/SJTU/TDLI scholarships normally become effective only after the student has completed registration and passed the required eligibility checks.

The first TDLI stipend payment is generally arranged in the second or third month after enrollment and covers the eligible period through December. Students should prepare sufficient funds for their initial living expenses.
