Shanghai provides international service desks at Pudong and Hongqiao airports. Services may include:
- Chinese SIM card purchase;
- Portable Wi‑Fi rental;
- mobile payment support;
- transportation information;
- cash and ATM guidance; and
- practical information for international visitors.
Students are encouraged to obtain and activate a Chinese SIM card as soon as possible.
After arrival:
- Travel to your confirmed accommodation.
- Keep your passport, visa, entry stamp and admission documents safe.
- Complete temporary residence registration if you live in a rental apartment.
- Inform your supervisor and TDLI contact that you have arrived.
- Confirm the route and documents required for on‑site registration.
