Official admission decisions are normally released by SJTU in batches from June to July, depending on the application and interview schedule.
SJTU issues admission documents electronically. Students will receive instructions by email on how to access:
- the official SJTU Admission Notice; and
- the applicable JW201/JW202 or DQ Form.
These documents are required for the student visa application.
After receiving the documents, check that your name, passport number, nationality, program and study period are correct. Contact gs.admission@sjtu.edu.cn immediately if any information is incorrect.
Chinese Government Scholarship students should also follow the instructions provided through the CSC system.
