If you are unable to arrive in Shanghai and complete on-site registration by the official registration date, you must obtain written approval from both TDLI and SJTU before the registration deadline.
Please note:
- Students who fail to register on time without prior approval will be regarded as having forfeited their admission and enrollment.
- The maximum approved late-arrival period for new graduate students is two weeks, in accordance with SJTU regulations.
- A completed International Graduate Student Late Arrival Request Form must be submitted through TDLI to the SJTU Graduate School before the on-site registration date.
- After arriving on campus, students with an approved late arrival must report to the Graduate School International Office to complete verification of their original degree certificate(s) and other required academic documents.
Please contact the TDLI Admissions Office as early as possible if you anticipate any delay to your arrival.
