关于评选2025年度李政道研究所及暗物质物理全国重点实验室优秀学生奖学金的通知

各位同学：

为激励李政道研究所（以下简称“李所”）及暗物质物理全国重点实验室（以下简称“全重”）博士生潜心从事前沿基础科学研究，培养具有国际视野与卓越创新能力的拔尖人才，全面提升研究生培养质量，根据《李政道研究所“源道”优秀学生奖学金评选管理办法》及《暗物质物理全国重点实验室优秀学生奖学金评选管理办法》（以下简称《办法》），现启动2025年度奖学金评选工作。具体事项通知如下：

一、 评选对象 

李所和全重在读的全日制博士研究生。

二、 评选名额与奖励标准

本年度奖学金评选名额原则上为12至15名，包含李政道研究所“源道”优秀学生奖学金和暗物质物理全国重点实验室优秀学生奖学金。申请者无需选择具体奖项，评选结束后，将根据获奖者的研究方向或所属单位，分配对应奖学金类别。每位获奖者将获得人民币壹万元整的奖励及荣誉证书。

三、 评选条件

申请人须同时满足以下条件：

1. 热爱祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导，践行社会主义核心价值观（国际学生须知华友华爱华）；遵守法律法规和学校规章制度，诚实守信，品行端正，具有良好的科研道德和团队协作精神。
2. 课程学习成绩优异，专业基础扎实，综合表现突出。
3. 表现出显著的科研潜力和创新能力，重点关注科研成果的创新性、影响力，以及在参与科研项目中的实际贡献。
4. 积极参与社会服务和学校及所在单位的重要活动，具有较强的责任心和综合能力。

四、 评选程序 

评选工作将严格按照《办法》规定的程序进行：

1. 提交申请：申请人须于2025年12月19日（星期五）17:00前，通过线上申请系统（网址：https://ssc.sjtu.edu.cn/f/4efb5c33）提交完整的申请材料。申请材料须经导师审核同意，并由导师在线出具明确的推荐意见。逾期将不予受理。
2. 材料初审：奖学金评审委员会对申请材料进行真实性、完整性审核和初步筛选。原则上，进入答辩环节的候选人数按不超过最终获奖名额的 1:1.5比例筛选。
3. 答辩评审：通过初审的候选人将参加会评答辩，具体时间、地点另行通知。

五、 材料要求

申请人通过线上系统提交以下材料（具体格式要求详见系统说明）：

1. 《李政道研究所及暗物质物理全国重点实验室优秀学生奖学金申请表》。
2. 科研成果及证明材料。
3. 社会服务、重要活动参与情况等证明材料。
4. 导师推荐意见。

注：评奖材料认定时间为 2024 年 9 月 1 日至 2025 年 8月 31 日，遵循科研成果一次认定原则。凡在以往奖学金评选中已使用并获奖的科研成果，不得重复申报。原则上，除“李政道博士生奖学金”外，本奖学金不可与其他各类奖学金兼得。

Notice on the Selection of the 2025 Tsung-Dao Lee Institute and the State Key Laboratory of Dark Matter Physics Outstanding Student Scholarship

To all students,

In order to encourage doctoral students at Tsung-Dao Lee Institute (hereinafter referred to as "TDLI") and the State Key Laboratory of Dark Matter Physics (hereinafter referred to as “the State Key Laboratory”) to devote themselves to pioneering fundamental research, cultivate top-tier talents with global vision and strong innovative capability, and enhance the overall quality of doctoral training, the selection process for the 2025 Tsung-Dao Lee Institute and the State Key Laboratory of Dark Matter Physics Outstanding Student Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as "the Scholarship") is hereby initiated in accordance with the Measures for the Selection and Administration of the Tsung-Dao Lee Institute “Yuandao” Outstanding Student Scholarship and Measures for the Selection and Administration of the State Key Laboratory of Dark Matter Physics Outstanding Student Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as "the Measures"). Details are as follows:

I. Eligibility 

Full-time doctoral students currently enrolled at TDLI and the State Key Laboratory of Dark Matter Physics.

II. Number of Awardees and Award Amount 

For this year's scholarship selection, the number of awardees is tentatively set at 12 to 15, inclusive of the Tsung-Dao Lee Institute "Yuandao" Outstanding Student Scholarship and the State Key Laboratory of Dark Matter Physics Outstanding Student Scholarship. Applicants are not required to specify a particular scholarship category. Upon completion of the selection process, corresponding scholarship categories will be assigned to the awardees based on their research fields or affiliated units. Each awardee will receive a cash award of RMB 10,000 and an honorary certificate.

III. Selection Criteria 

Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

1. Demonstrate good conduct and integrity, comply with national laws and university regulations, uphold academic ethics, and possess a strong sense of teamwork. International students are expected to respect Chinese culture, maintain friendly relations with the Chinese community, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values of the Institute.
2. Demonstrate excellent academic performance, a solid foundation in specialized knowledge, and strong overall capability.
3. Demonstrate notable research potential and innovative capability, with emphasis on the originality and impact of research outputs as well as the applicant's substantive contributions to research projects.
4. Actively participate in social service and important activities organized by the university and the host institution, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and well-rounded competence.

IV. Selection Procedures 

The selection will strictly follow the procedures stipulated in the Measures:

1. Application Submission: Applicants must submit a complete set of application materials via the online application system (URL: https://ssc.sjtu.edu.cn/f/4efb5c33) by 17:00, December 19, 2025. The application must be reviewed and approved by the applicant's supervisor, who shall provide a clear and formal recommendation online. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Preliminary Material Review: The Scholarship Committee will review the authenticity and completeness of application materials and conduct an initial screening. In principle, the number of candidates advancing to the defense stage shall be limited to no more than 1.5 times the final number of awardees.
3. Defense Evaluation: Candidates who pass the preliminary review will be invited to participate in oral defense. The specific time and venue will be announced separately.

V. Required Materials 

Applicants must submit the following materials through the online system (please refer to the system instructions for specific format requirements):

1. Application Form for TDLI and the State Key Laboratory Outstanding Student Scholarship.
2. Research achievements and supporting documents.
3. Supporting documents for social service and participation in important activities.
4. Supervisor's Recommendation.

Note: A principle of one-time recognition applies to research achievements. Research outputs that have already been used and awarded in previous scholarship selections may not be submitted again for this Scholarship. In principle, except for the "Tsung-Dao Lee Doctoral Student Scholarship," this Scholarship may not be held concurrently with other scholarships.
