About Public Printers
There are 5 public printers in our building. These printers are all-in-one printing, copying and scanning machines. The number and types of printers on each floor are as follows.

How to Add the Printer in Windows 10
Download driver
The support and drivers webpage of the printers is https://support-fb.fujifilm.com/setupSupport.do . Open the page and choose your preferred language. Search for the printer model in the "Support & Drivers" column and download the recommended driver.
Install driver
Open the downloaded driver and follow the instructions to install step by step. In the following step, select "Wireless or Ethernet Connection":
Click the "add printer manually" link in the following step:
In this step, select the printer model name and port type (TCP/IP), enter the IP Address:
The IP address is written on the label above the printer panel:
Enter the suggested name. The suggested name is written on the label above the printer panel.
The driver installation will complete after the computer restarts.
How to Add the Printer in Mac OS
Download driver
The support and drivers webpage of the printers is https://support-fb.fujifilm.com/setupSupport.do . Open the page and choose your preferred language. Search for the printer model in the "Support & Drivers" column and download the recommended driver.
Install driver
Open the downloaded driver and follow the instructions to install step by step.
Connect the printer
Open "System Preferences…", click "Printers & Scanners", click "+", and click the earth icon on the following dialog box. Then enter the IP address, select the protocol type as “Line Printer Daemon -LPD", and enter the suggested name of the printer.

In the following step, check "Hard Disk", switch paper size (8K / 16K) to "Simplified Chinese".
The installation is complete.
