TDLI winter arrangement of 2026 is hereby notified as follows:
1. TDLI Winter Break Dates
The winter break in 2026 will run from February 9 (Monday) to February 28 (Saturday), and regular work will resume on March 1.
2. Administrative Office Arrangements
During the winter break, the administrative office will operate on a rotational basis.
On duty days (excluding the Spring Festival statutory holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), office hours are as follows:
• Morning: 8:30–11:30 a.m.
• Afternoon: 1:30–4:30 p.m.

1. The schedule starts from 9 Feb. to 28 Feb. with at least one staff per day. (Weekends and the Spring Festival are excluded)
3. Dining Services

January 31 (Saturday) - February 14 (Saturday): lunch from 11:00 to 12:30 and dinner from 17:00 to 18:00. Meal packages of 12/15/20 yuan will be provided. (SJTU payment channel will be temporarily closed. Payments can be made via Alipay or WeChat Pay.)

February 15 - February 24: Closed.

February 25 (Wednesday) - February 28 (Saturday): lunch from 11:00 to 12:30 and dinner from 17:00 to 18:00. Noodles will be provided. (SJTU card payment channel will be restored.)

4. Shuttle Bus
A shuttle bus between Minhang and Zhangjiang will be available on Jan 22 to Feb 6 on working days. This is free for faculty and students of TDLI. Note: Regular SJTU shuttle buses will resume on March 1.PS：Regular SJTU BUS will still be available from Jan 19 to 21
