In accordance with the official winter break schedule for 2025, the following arrangements are outlined:

1. Winter Break Dates

• The winter break runs from January 23 to February 13, with the Spring Festival holiday from January 28 to February 4.
• Regular work will resume on February 14(Friday).
• According to SJTU calendar, February 16(Sunday) is also a work day

2. Administrative Office Hours

• During the winter break, the TDLI administrative office will remain open on weekdays from 8:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:30–4:30 p.m.
• The office will be closed on weekends and during the Spring Festival holiday.
• Please refer to the table below for the detailed schedule and contact information.

3. Canteen and Shuttle Bus Arrangements

• Canteen: Service will be unavailable from January 25 to February 13.
• Shuttle Bus: The TDLI shuttle bus between Minhang and Zhangjiang will operate on January 20–22 and February 14. This service is complimentary for TDLI faculty and students.
